Ordering Product Extras (Support/Upgrade renewal or Installation service)
Extras are additions to a product that a customer can optionally purchase to add value to their overall use of your product. Common uses include support packages or extended updates. Extras are similar to licenses except that they do not have restrictions based on hostname or IP address and as such, are not licensed using the licensing integration code.
To extend your subscription and order Upgrades/Support package, please do the following:
Go to Client area home -> click on "View" button for your license order, and there you'll see "Order Product Extras:" -> click on "Buy new addons, support and upgrade packages". There you'll find Installation service and Support/Upgrade packages, check the box next to required product and order it.
