Images are not showing on my site

My images are uploaded properly and permissions are set as described in user manual but they don't appear, just alt tag instead. It happens only when I change the language from English to other language.
This problem is related with UTF-8 encoding. Vivvo CMS uses only UTF-8 and it is necessary to use the editor that is able to save all language files as UTF-8 without BOM (Notepad++).
