Ordering Product Extras (Installation service and Support/upgrade renewal)

Q: I own a license and I want to purchase Installation service/Support&upgrade package but I cannot find the place to order it on Vivvo site without ordering the software too.

 

A: You can order installation service from your Client area, in similar way you renew your support/upgrades.

Go to Client area home -> click on "View" button for your license order, and there you'll see "Order Product Extras:" -> click on "Buy new addons, support and upgrade packages". There you'll find Installation service and Support/Upgrade packages, check the box next to required product and order it.
