"Your server doesn't support creating new files"

Q: During the installation I get the following message: "You can't continue installation process because you server doesn't support creating new files."

 

A: Some functions like fopen() and fclose() are not supported by your server and need to be enabled. Please contact your server administrator to enable them for you if it's possible.
