"can't connect to database0"

Q: I'm trying to install Vivvo on my server but I get the message "can't connect to database0". How to solve this?

 

A: This error means that Vivvo software is unable to make connection to your database, which means that database with that name doesn't exists or is unaccessible to that mysql user. Please check that the data you have used (DB name, username and password) are correct.
