Vivvo - Poor customer service

I am having License issue and my website has been blocked almost 5 days now... I sent several emails to vivvo and it looks like they are ignoring them all

This is not acceptable

Thanks for your post - But this is a license issue
Requests for re-issuing of licenses etc. remains unaffected.

This Friday and next Monday (April 13th and April 16th), the office will be closed and our service will be as follows:

Support
The developers will not be available, so only basic support/troubleshooting issues will be dealt with. Standard working hours do not apply, we'll try to address issues with minimal delay.

Sales/Pre-Sales
For the most part sales will be unaffected.

Billing/Licensing
The billing department will be closed and as such any billing issues will not be dealt with until next respective business day at the earliest. Requests for re-issuing of licenses etc. remains unaffected.

I only looked at this thread as instant cover topic didn't make much sense as I thought the customer service was top notch!
