Feed Importer

Hi, i would please help me learn because I can not access the Feed Importer plugin because I get the error:MDB2 Error: connect failed

I get nothing and no more.

If I opened a support ticket but I responded and he buys a cms but got that error and do not understand why, I open another ticket with the data of cms?
