Will there be development on the bridge when vB4 is released?

Can I have one assigned vB usergroup create content and another approve it for posting?

Yes, when vB 4 gets released (as final version) we will update our bridge to work with it. As we do with all major versions of our bridges.

I'd say yes, you can have one vB usergroup with privileges of writer/trusted writer, and another as editor or any custom user group with privilege of setting "pending" to "active" articles.

It is absolutely doable.
