My "á" "é" or "ñ" are squares!

I have my site in a localhost and all works perfetly.

Recently I install all the cms in a host.

I import the database and all right... but i go to my web and all my "á" "é" or "ñ"... are squares?!

However if I edit a new article its writing good the problem is that know in database is recording for example:

é = é

The problem? When i try to search for example the word "atlético" is not into de search results if i write atletico, only if i write atlético.

Why in my localhost all works fine, and know in my host changed?

The collation is the same in both databases, utf8_unicode_ci

I know the problem now, is recording all in ISO!

How to change it to utf8!
