Vivvo Crash

I had an issue where all of a sudden vivvo was consuming an insane amount of resources on my site, causing the server folks to deactivate my index.php file. I haven't done anything to my website in over a week, so I am not entirely sure what the cause of it is. I opened a ticket with the support desk, but am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. My site is currently down and I need to get it up asap.

a couple of days ago I had the similar problems. although neither me nor the serever changed anything, we had had mdb2 error and suddenly everything became OK. I dont kno if it is same problem but this happened to me

have you ruled out a "Slashdot" effect? (A massive spike of traffic for no apparent reason)
