Need Help for Arabic Coding "الإØ*تÙ"

I like to request your support by tell me how to resolve this problem

The problem is in the character of the Arabic fount. There was no problem before the server has done some updating.

I have gone through the phpMyAdmin and Operation >> Collation and change utf8_general_ci.
But the problem remains the same.

Would you please help me by telling me how can I correct this problem.

but can you tell me what is the problem in details??
and did you tried vivvo support team first
they are the prof's here man
and they would help you for sure better than anyone else

a lil tip
from the first look
it seems to be a database problem
becuase the arabic language file is ok as i c arabic words in "full story"

so this mean there is a problem in database language or encoding

but please give me more details
when this happened?
is it a fresh install or upgrade?
do you have a backup for your working vivvo?
how did you deal with your database lang.?
...etc
