Is The Ticket System Working?

Is the support desk working? I've sent a number of emails in relating to what I believe may possibly be a security issue, yet have had no reply, automated or otherwise

1. Did you receive automated response upon submission?
2. Did you get ticket number? (if so, post it here)
3. When did you send them?

I trully hope it's not a server/parser issue again... Just checked the system up'n'down, no trace of your emails...

2. Therefore, no ticket number
3. One was sent on 28th December, one on 1st January.

Can you give me another email address to contact you on? It may not be as serious as I think, but it is definitely an issue that needs addressing.
