On Thursday, January 1st and Friday, January 2nd the office is closed and our service will be as follows:
The developers will not be available, so only basic and urgent support/troubleshooting issues will be dealt with. Standard working hours do not apply, we'll try to address issues with as minimal delay as possible.
Pre-sales inquiries will also be addressed with as minimal delay as possible.
The billing department will be closed and as such any billing issues will not be dealt with until Monday, January 5th at the earliest. Requests for re-issuing of licenses, etc. will be addressed with as minimal delay as possible.
