Newsletter subscribers database settings?

Vivvo 4.03 Newsletter Plugin

In moving an existing userbase to Vivvo... successfully brought over existing users- many had been subscribers of prev. newsletter, so we didn't want to have them go thru the subscribe process again...

So, in trying to subscribe them all, we set the newsletter bit in the database users table to 1, however they still don't show up in the list of subscribers in the newsletter plugin screen of the admin panel?

Is there something else we need to do? are they subscribed? Why don't they show up in the plugin interface?

Hmmmm it's very strange.

Please check next:

1. Table prefix of maillist table (tbl prefix must be the same with tbl prefix in VIVVO_ROOT/conf.php file)
2. Did you set `confirm` field in maillist table to 1 for all users?
