Did you try to change names of months direct in template file?
VIVVO_ROOT/VIVVO_TEMPLATES_DIR/box/archive_calendar.tpl

yes I do!
my problem is localizing the calendar to another nation and when a person want to publics a news the date set automatically in china or othere language.
there is differences between english calendar and other calendars for exampel in china calendar the new year begins on 24th of june!!!!!
no one of monthes have 28 days. all of them are 30 days or longer.
I want a class or any file that can compile english date and show it to chiness. the algoritm and places must be change is important not the file.

I think that is not possible with Vivvo calendar, so I think that you need to create custom calendar. You can contact our sales team or other person on Market place.

VIVVO_ROOT/lib/vivvo/box/vivvo_box.php (around line 594)
This box creates content for calendar.
Also template for calendar is located in VIVVO_ROOT/VIVVO_TEMPLATES_DIR/box/archive_calendar.tpl
