Can i change the title when i read a thread?

Can i change the title when i read a thread?
For example; my site title is:

DiJital urun haberleri, Teknik bilgi ve Pratik ozellikleri

When i read a thread on my site, i see the title as like:

DiJital urun haberleri, Teknik bilgi ve Pratik ozellikleri - NOKIA N96

So i can make as below?

NOKIA N96 - DiJital urun haberleri, Teknik bilgi ve Pratik ozellikleri

This will be better if i can that for me and for google+my site. Because see the results:

http://www.google.com/search?num=20&...&start=20&sa=N

We see always:

DiJital urun haberleri, Teknik bilgi ve Pratik ozellikleri

and - the title of the thread after the site title...



This will be super if i can, for fast indexing of the Search Bots
