stripe: limit last articles + 4

In features stripe I have this code:

search_cid="7,8,9,10"  search_limit="8"

I want to show last 8 articels, but not starting from last article (1) to (8).
How can I show last articles 5 to 12 ? (start from last article + 4 to last article + 11.

You can add this on that line start="5".

Hmm, ok, you can try next:

go to your templates\xhtml\plugin\generator\features_stripe.t pl template, and instead of this start="{strip_index}" (should be on line 14), place start="5".

This should work, but the downside is that you can use that stripe only on one place (or every other stripe you generate will start from 5th article).

Other thing you can do is to make a new template from features_stripe.tpl (latest-news_stripe.tpl for example) with your parameters, save it in box folder, and load it in template from there.

That way stripe template in generator folder would stay intact for you to generate other lists from it.

Thanks, it worked, but now there is another problem: When you press on the arrow button and go to the next results, the line will always start from article 5 and not from the next results.
