See all writers in article submit

As an Editor, sometimes I upload articles of other writers.

In the "add new article", under "user", is it possible to see all users with writing permission so I can choose from the list?

I don't think you could do this without a core modification of Vivvo. This means you'd have trouble with updates overwriting your customization.
