Image not showing in article page !

I downloaded images with articles, but no image is displayed, and all images are uploded successfully

All images uploded with article don't appears and other images as image code
ps:all folders and filzes are chmod as describe in the manual.

Same problem here. the images uploaded with articles are not shown.

All other images... like header.jpg and all are working fine.

Uplaod was successful... I checked the (files/) section.

Hi ,
I have a very annoying problem ,
Images don't appear in articles , and in homepage beside the article name , instead it shows " image " , this is the alt code used in the image .
I'm uploading using the article writing page in admin area ,as usual .. I think this problem is a result of no changing the permissions of directories to 777 before installing , as I did . but I now changed them and still the same problem ..images are inside the files folder .. I viewed the source and found that the image url is
http://DOMAIN.COM/thumbnail.php?file...summary_medium
and when I type it manually in the browser I get strange symbols like this :

instead of the picture ...I do this in any other site using vivvo , I see the pic clearly ..

I noticed that it ONLY happens when I change the language from English to other language ,, I changed it to Arabic and that file was translated manually by me , and saved it using UTF-8 in the notepad ....other encoding are not showing correctly ... "?????" <<< only ... please HELP !!!!!!
