Server Requirements

Hi ,

Because of many reasons i prefer to use lighttpd instead of apache. Does vivvo works with lighttpd ? If the question is yes do you already have the rewrite rules prepared for lighttpd ?

I checked a lot but i couldn't find. Is there any place i can find the screenshot of the template engine.

We didn't try lighttpd, but you have free trial download so you can give it a shot. Also, you don't need screenshots of template engine, template files in trial version are not encoded.

Sorry i prefer not to install any demo scripts to my server. If my questions will not be answered then you'll probably loose a customer.

Actually, it is not a demo, it is fully functional trial version. And I encourage you to install it on your lighttpd server, it will give you a hundred times more useful information then I could on this board. Especially since we do not have a lot of experience and feedback on lighttpd server and Vivvo, so I can't be very helpful.

You can find numerous examples of our VTE (template engine) code in Code Customizations forum and in Developer Documentation.
