How do I get the whole story to show, rather than just a snipped of the story? You can see what I mean at http://www.dailybangornews.com . Also, How do I get a rotating news story and photo like on the demo site?

If you change the status of the article to 'headline' that article will appear in the headline section of your website. Also, you need to turned on the headline box (Preferences -> Articles -> Article List - Headlines).

As for the other question, could you please explain a little more?

Maybe I need to be more clear. When someone clicks on a title, how do I get the WHOLE story to show on the page they are taken to, rather than just the summary shown by the rss feed. Does this software have the ability to extract the whole story and put it on my site?

If you're referring to articles generated by Newsfeed importer, then I'm afraid - no. It pulls only description that the source provided.
