How come sales@word-press.net will not return my email.

You told me to contact sales@word-press.net. I did and they did not answer my questions. What is your tech service like? If I can't get a response before I give you my money what will happen when my site is down and no one responds?

Our standard response time for inquiries is 12-24hrs.

I don't see anything wrong, if you are under the impression that one of your emails is not answered, please resend it.

just checked with sales staff, your email sent on Thursday, 2nd 10:08 pm was answered on Friday 3rd, 1:08 pm, which means within 15 hrs.

I really see no reason to be so harsh, this is absolutely within SLA we give to all email enquries.

I was wrong. They did respond to my email. It was in my junk folder. Sorry.
