nobody can login to admin page!!

this problem dates back to 2007 on EVERY SINGLE VERSION of vivvo....
why wont you guys document this problem?

I have a number of sites on various versions of Vivvo... last week, the one with the newest version had the same problem. Had to manually clear the cache via SSH which fixed it... and has always fixed it for the DOZENS of times this issue has cropped up.

The site that is locked now is an older version, 4.1 of vivvo. On those, clearing the sessions table in the db always fixed it.....

this time, it is locked and locked for good I'm afraid. Same problem that has been plaguing users of vivvo for YEARS

and NO OUTPUT from the login. How does a system have this problem with EVERY version going back to 2007 and not have a mechanism to at least be able to troubleshoot it.

I am sending the client directly to you with their license info and all that. Another 2 hours hunting ghosts on this and I am sick of the same problem coming up... yes you heard it... on EVERY VERSION of vivvo since I have been using it.

Which is one more reason that I havent sold it to any clients since the last one. pfft
