SE Friendly name already exists. (2014)

When attempting to edit articles, I'm getting this "SE Friendly name already exists. (2014)" error. What is causing this?

Check your trashbin, perhaps there are articles there with same SE Friendly name, if that is the case, empty your trashbin, and then try to save article.

I have the same problem.

When I try to add a new page, I get the message:

SE Friendly name already exists. (2601)

No trasbin for Pages.

How to add a new page?

for me it shows the error message, but creates it anyway. some bug in vivvo..
