Cron and Feed

i'm sorry asking such question, but i can't find the answer.
how should i add vivvo cron to server's cron?
feed importer working only when i press "Force import" link.

and one more.

when feed importer get new articles it set new articles order_num field in DB to null.
so they are in the end of all news.

how can i change it?

Sorry, I have same problem.

when feed importer get new articles it set new articles order_num field in DB to null. And articles never changes in RSS link pages. my all articles created by Rss feed importer. my server is new formatted and I created the website manualy from backup.
