TQU-73557-863 No response after 23rd June 2011 KMD-22893-481 No response after 23rd June 2011 TQU-73557-863 Awaiting response Seems it is matter of habit of support staff to start ignoring tickets indefinitely unless someone gives a wake up call. Don;t get upset at this... take criticism positively and strengthen the support department. This is not the first time that this is happening. Regards
