you need no scripts for 412->416 update

just paste 416 archive files to your installation and upgrade.

Ok, done .
but i have 2 option.

I can use Vivvo 4.5 Upgrade script from 4.1.6
Or
i upload a fresh install from 4.5 then use Plug-in 4.1.6 Database Importer
If i use that one , i get
Import procedure started:
Could not detect table prefix in SQL file.

So,
i'm lost ....

Go back to 4.1.2

Can Somewone tell me step by step how do i make without trouble the upgrade with the good script link into my account.

Thank you .

To upgrade from v4.1.2 you need to apply patches in this specific order:

4.1.5 >> 4.1.5.1 >> 4.1.5.2 >> 4.1.6 patch

Then, you can upgrade from v4.1.6 to v4.5 using the 4.5 Upgrade script. Or, you can install a clean 4.5 website and import your 4.1.6 backup using 4.1.6 Database Importer plug-in.

Finally, you can install the latest 4.5.1 patch.

You can find all patches in your Client Area with necessary instructions on performing careless upgrade. If anything goes wrong during the upgrade, feel free to contact the support staff.

Aha, this sounds like what we need to get our client mobile - but the importer plugin does not show up in our client area.

Any clues on this please?

You should be able to see it in your Client Area. Please send an email to support@vivvo.net so we can check.

Hi Jasmina,

I am trying to upgrade aswell from 4.0.4 to 4.5 but in the vivvo admin area I cannot create a backup of my database? I think its a bug, it comes up as a IE couldn't find the page.

Can I create a backup throught php myadmin and upload that?

Let me know which is the best way for the upgrade.

Thanks

Doing 4.0.4 to 4.5 involves a lot of steps. I think it would be easier just to do clean 4.5 installation with directly importing articles (database). This would require a bit of custom work, but I'd go with this option.
