Angry Invalid license

Out of the blue, we are now prevented from accessing the control panel due to an invalid license that was just fine yesterday and is never supposed to expire. What's the deal with that?

I put in a ticket but since I am in Arizona (GMT-5), it is difficult to gain access to the European support team (GMT+1). Does anyone on these support boards have any suggestions?

Try going to your site admin like this

http://www.yoursite.com/admin/index.php?force_reset=1

of course, change 'yoursite' to your own domain.

Thanks for the reply.

I have verified that my active license from the client area is specified in the conf.php file and I have used that URL a number of times - only to be pointed to "invalid" page.

It does not make any sense to me why it suddenly stopped working. My site pings to the same IP as listed in client area as well. Not sure what else to do.

I suggest putting in a ticket then. Not sure why that would be causing that to happen. If you haven't changed servers or IP's - and/or - changed the db - it should work with the force reset usually.

Tim, did you resolve this with our support? If not, please submit a support ticket, as all the tickets affecting licenses are treated as VIP (outside the normal queue).

Once you do, we will be able to look into the license log and tell you exactly why was the license flagged.
