Some Video site related questions

Hi, firstly from what I have seen so far I am quite impressed with this product.

However I have a couple of questions which can't be answered by the free trial. Now I am looking for something that I can use as a video publishing software, I need something that is a bit diverse but not to the scale of youtube (we all know there are plenty of youtube clones).

Now my plan is for a site with a number of content creators, each working on separate "programmes" in their own part of the site (i.e. separate category's). They would need a way for uploading their videos to the site so that they can publish them themselves on the site.

Also I have a couple of quick questions about advertising. I noticed there is a ad plugin but I was wondering if you can use it to review what is generating the the best revenue (i.e. by category). Finally is there a way of adding adverts so that a video ad plays before the content plays or is this beyond of the scope of the vivvo?
