Upgrade problem

I just completed installing Vivvo CMS v4.1.0-beta2 (build 2915), and everything went well during the install. But now when I go to the layout area the menu appears on the left side but nothing happens when I click on any of them. What should I look for to correct this.. Thanks for any help

Be careful, this is not an upgrade release... just for testing & evaluation purposes only.

You need to delete or rename the file "compress.php" under "themes\default\css" and refresh you browser to see the correct layout.

Sorry..I left out a critical part of the problem. The site shows up fine but when I go to the admin area and click on Layout then try to click on any of the links to the left such as themes nothing happens. I did not replace my themes/templates when I uploaded the 4.1 beta so the compress.php file was already deleted. Thanks for any help..
