Can't install Vivvo? Or maybe just a dumb question of i dont know how to do it..

I'm trying to install Vivvo onto my server hosted with iPages. Simple enough right? However, i'm running into a small little problem. I have no idea how to get the installer file onto my server..

This Vivvo license was bought a while ago, and 6 months have passed so i have no official customer support for it now.

Anyways, i get to the orders page (http://screencast.com/t/smQK6WHc7W), click View and download and get to here (http://screencast.com/t/cBDczw1Qju). A page full of supposed "available" product downloads, but when i click on any of the download buttons i get an alert that says "Access Denied, this license is not active or your upgrade period has expired." What do I do now? Do i have to buy it again?

Make sure you are signing in using the same email you did when you bought it. Sounds dumb I know, but that was my issue.

Or /then I would submit a support ticket.
