MSM Doesn't work for account addition

MSM 4.1.2 doesn't work
Ticket ID: FFI-88599-938
Can someone look into the same and provide a FIX Please as i am stuck and cannot proceed further. There seems to be issues wrt domain , db-user passed to account creation thru WHM/cpanel

Honestly i am really not happy the way support is being dealt.
First it took 50 hrs to have my license ready.
Now Sat/Sun will be no support and Friday is almost ending.
MSM Add account Doesn't work so cannot test anything further.
Is anyone really listening?

Its Monday and i am still waiting for response to the ticket.
Looks like there will be one reply before office closes for the day and then someone will again take up on Tuesday and this would continue on and on.

IS THERE ANYONE IN SUPPORT WHO CONSIDERS A TICKET SERIOUSLY SPECIALLY WHEN IT IS A CASE OF BROKEN MSM SCRIPT?
