Contact form builder

HI,
I have installed the contact plugin. I receive the following message when I go to plugin module and I click on Contact form builder. What have I done wrong?

It says "No such file or directory in /home/pressede/public_html/admin/contact_form_builder.class.php on line 69", therefore you apparently do not have contact_form_builder.class.php properly uploaded.
