Cannot upgrade because of database name

I have found a bug that related to database name :)

I was using Vivvo CMS v4.1.5.1 build 3790. My database name was "cksu_vivvo". when I tried to upgrade it to 4.1.6 the upgrade wizard said something like "failed to create ..... table ". Even when I tried to upgrade from 4.1.6 to 4.5 or when I installed a 4.5.2 new copy.

The problem related to the database name "cksu_vivvo". when I removed " _ " form the database name and changed it in "conf.php", upgrade worked without no errors :)

Best regards

Also, I have found that the new created tables use " InnoDB Engine " and the old tables use MySQL default engine which is MyISAM.
