Flash video loading really slow in player

Hi,

Is there a way I can set the buffer, if I play a video on my site it loads too slow to watch, if i get the exact same .flv and play it outside of the vivvo site it loads fine.

any clues on how to fix this :)

still no help from the support desk, can some one please help me out with this, it must be a simple setting.
