I don't really like posting on a public forum, but I don't seem to be able to get an answer from you by email despite a week of waiting!

On the 22nd May I paid for a custom template and some code modifications. I was originally told that the design and coding would take 4 days. I understand that sometime these thing overrun, but now I'm at the point where I feel that the work isn't going to be completed and my emails are being ignored.

I received the new template design on 30th May, it looked fine, though there were a couple of problems with it and the code modifications haven't yet been completed.

The last contact I had from your designer was on 6th June when he complained there was no access to my webserver. I've checked with my host and there has been no downtime. I've also yet to hear from him despite daily emails requesting a status update.

I'd just like to know if you have any intention of completing the work? I actually would like some more mods and template design on a second site, but I'm understandably reluctant to pay any money if it's this much trouble getting any work out of you.

Matt - sorry you feel this way.

I just went through your tickets, the template you ordered was done to your satisfaction, however what lacked from having this wrapped up is including "forum last posts" and one or two other minor mods that were unable to get uploaded for we didn't have access to your server at the time.

However, this being postponed for more than a week isn't a good practice, I fully agree. Entirely our mistake, and I'll see to this being corrected first thing in the morning.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I honestly don't mind the delay, I understand that these things sometimes take longer than originially planned.

The only thing that was worrying me was the lack of replies to my messages, a status update would have been fine :)
