Go to your templates/css/style.css file and somewhere around line 203 there is #ticker a ID, remove border-left: 1px solid #CCCCCC; style from that ID, that should do it.

hey man i can't find it from css folder it have only print.css
anyway i use my own css so how can effect old css...

You should check your CSS files, I'm certan that this line is 1 px solid border.
It depends what css did you copyied to start developing your theme, try to search trough your CSS files and find #ticker a ID.
(this ID is located in style.css both in default blue theme or red theme)
