Despite my oustanding 'support issues', I did want to say that having now worked with Vivvo CMS for several days, there are many things that distinguish this platform, in a superior way, from other CMS's on the market:

- Documentation
The Vivvo team has clearly put a lot of effort into creating clear and concise documention for their product. Many questions from would be customers can be answered by printing out and reading the documetation that is available online to anyone. Many cms's that cost far more don't have documentation this detailed.
- Intuitive Admin Interface
There's virtually no learning curve with their Admin interface. Everything is right where you would expect it, and adding content is a snap. This is especially good for Admins who will have additional authors to work with. Minimal training will be needed.
- Great features for organizing content easily
Organizing and re-organizing content and categories was super easy with no need to alter design. Once 4.0 comes out with tags, a good system will be even better.
