View Full Version : Purchased template has missing php script - will I receive a new, corrected zip file?

I posted about this in support, but did not receive a response...

I purchased a unique template, howver, a php script was missing from the files. Vivvo support corrected the error on the one domain where the template was installed, however, I need to install the template on several other domains, and would like to receive a new complete zip file.

Is this something I can expect shortly?

I also requested to have the template installed on my other domains, and I don't see where this has happened, nor as support acknowledged my request.

Any response would be appreciated.

If I can get this and these two other issues resolved, I can move forward with my Vivvo site development, but as it stands, now, development is very stunted as my team waits for response from Vivvo support:

i have not been here long and not a contributor to the forums,
But my experince with Vivvo support has been good - i have posted some 11 Tickets and all of them get answered - not within 24 hours, but they do get to them eventually. It takes some patience - but the guys have always assisted me when they have time - i know they are working on Vivvo v4.0, and working on this new hush hush spaces or pages kinda Application - so i know they are busy, so i just give them a little time to respond...

anyways i have just started at this forum, so i will give a few more months to see. thought i only need 2 more months max...
