To help our developers and support staff enjoy their family and friends also, our support center will be 'officially' closed from Saturday, December 31 through Monday, January 2. During that time our developers will be out and support staff will only be checking in occasionally. Tickets may not be responded to until Tuesday, January 3. Same applies for Friday, January 6 (orthodox Christmas).
