I have a developer license, but I can not change the IP. Not an option "Reissue" in "My Account". Can you help me?

You should open a support ticket.

Our IP seems to change quite often, wouldn't it thus be better to connect the license with the domain instead of an IP? When we adopt Vivvo we don't want to have to issue a support request everytime this needs adjusting as it caused a problem with another of our systems before it was changed.

On the other hand I don't yet know how the licence stuff is handled but I hope our site won't be forced offline everytime the IP changes or anything like that?

Your site won't go offline, but you won't be able to access your Admin CP until you sync the new IP address.

You don't need to ask vivvo support to do this. You can simply release the license key, then do a force reset from your site and it will resync for you.. takes all of 30 seconds...
