I'm a former Vivvo customer, i purchased Vivvo back in 2008 and found I did not like how it bridged back then or the functionallity of Vivvo back then; when I found out vBulletin was coming out with this "great" new CMS I sold my Vivvo licences to wait for vB4. Well it looks like the current vivvo looks amazing and now regret selling off the licences I had. With the vBulletin4 CMS being quite weak and still in my opinion just a great forum software and not much else, I am thinking of coming back to Vivvo; especially with all the issues I had previous being fixed.

My question is, how is the Vivvo to vBulletin 4 bridge now? Does anybody have an example of a website(s) that I could see this in action? English preferred. One thing I can't tell is, can there be a "writers" group that can add articles but can not delete articles within Vivvo? Can this also be attached to a usergroup within vBulletin? I also assume that I'd have to create a new style/template for vBulletin to match the main vivvo page; but is there a way I can use the navigation bar/header of vivvo on the vBulletin forums?

Also, what is the average wait time/turn around for Vivvo to do a custom unique template design?

Hey there, its great to have you back :) I'm really happy you find new Vivvo amazing.

I have no examples of live websites bridging Vivvo with vB4, as we keep no records of such things but I encourage you to try for yourself.

With regards to your question on user groups - the bridge works by creating 1-on-1 link between vB groups and Vivvo groups, allowing you to set which vB user group corresponds to Vivvo user group. Now, Vivvo privilege system has element "can edit" which includes adding/deleting articles. Those two can't be separated, so you can't have user group allowing one to add/publish articles and not delete them.

As for the template - usually takes a week or two, depending on current queue and complexity.
