Slow!

My website had been hacked recently and recently 3.5 version was installed. But not it takes around 1 minute to get from one page to another! CMS is working fine it's only front end that is slow.

I have sent the request for solution to support 8 days ago and created a support ticket 3 days ago but had no reply????

did someone hacked your 3.5 version or was it 3.4?
If so, than i have to worry about :(

Version 3.4 was hacked.

my first ticket was LPV-62258-606
second: CRW-77048-466

I have also noticed that not only it takes 1 min to get from one page to another but also if I click on the link ( for example menu) but then move the mouse away the loading process gets stopped.

/Class/Article.Class.php

at line 983 there is
$res =& mysql_query($query);
remove & look like
$res = mysql_query($query);
try ;)

Complete correspondence is carried out via ticket LPV-62258-606, do not open multiple tickets for same problem. And what do you mean by "no reply" when ticket LPV-62258-606 has 16 emails between you and support staff inside?

We're looking into the issue of your db being slowed down.

My problem is still not resolved.
I only purchased your product because it does offer unlimited support but unfortunately I am not receiving that. I feel cheated now. COULD ANYBODY HELP?????????? as a good gesture?
The pages still take 1 minute to load. My e-mails to support are left unanswered for last 20 days.
