Honestly i am really frustrated at the way tickets are dealt and then there are lame excuses for a ticket that doesn't even gets answered for 3 days in running unless it's reminded upon.

Increase support staff if need be. Sorry but i am honestly not impressed.

Can you let me know the support ticket number that was left unattended? As far as I know, you have only communication with migration team on transferring two websites to Vivvo, and the work is being done as projected.

Besides, those tickets do not qualify as support troubleshooting issues. You want us to report to you hour by hour on how your migration is going, although you've been clearly explained it is not the way things are done.

If you go through the entire history of ticket (migration) you will know what i mean. That said it's good to confront a customer but not good when the history of ticket would speak. Yes it is wrt migration where the data file provided failed for second site due to persian language.

I kept writing that i am using tbl prefix but it was constantly ignored for both sites despite being reported twice.

I was not looking for hour to hour update. Once a day is what i asked but perhaps even that was too much to ask.

Sorry. Confront a customer but not always.

@sip, nobody is "confronting" a customer. What Alex said is that you don't have an outstanding support ticket that was not attended in timely manner - but you make it sound like you do.

Your paid migration is dealt with as scheduled, although you insisted on getting day-by-day reports that we just do not do.

That being said, it is unfair to post such misleading thread title, because you do not have a ticket problem at all. You're unsatisfied by the way your migration is being handled - for which you're entirely entitled and eligible, btw, and I'm ready to hear out your complaint. Just don't mislead other people reading this thread into believing that you have a support issue that is not attended.

migration didn't work for second site. persian shows all abracadabra and ticket is updated.

as for the complain please go through histiry of ticket from the day it was opened. It took 3 good days to respond and that too after sending pm's. I rarely complain and if i do i have reasons, not that i am new to this online world so impatient. As i said... i very rarely complain.
