I have a pre-sales ticket unanswered since last 48 hrs.
I am trying the phone but no one picks up. Yes I am trying within the Working Hours of GMT+1 but no luck.

Wondering if the office os closed for some holidays...

Nope, no holidays (unfortunately ;)).

It could be that you called the office during the lunch break so no one picked up the phone (unfortunately, our attempts to train our Labrador Fila to answer the phone were no success at all) :)

Even the human who picks up doesn't speak English so not sure what to communicate. Tried this on different days (working hours well outside "lunch time" presuming the normal lunch hrs)

worked fine today

I really do not know who you called and where, but all of us at the office are fluent in English.

Called on the number listed on site.
It was only today that i could talk as response was in english.
I am still waiting for update on ticket DXW-31665-921
