Upgrade path from 4.03 to 4.5

Can someone help me determine the upgrade path from 4.03 to 4.5? I'm assuming I will have to install every version in sequence since 4.03 (am I right?) - so I need to figure out which ones to include.

Unless - there is an easier way??

Also, I noticed that my list of available downloads starts at 4.16 - is that the next one after 4.03? Where can I get a download version of 4.03?

As far as I know there are several versions between 4.0.3 and 4.5.

They go something like: 4.0.3, 4.0.4, 4.1.0, 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.5, 4.1.5.1, 4.1.5.2, 4.1.6 and 4.5

You can find 4.1x in your client area, and upgrade from 4.0 -> 4.1, then upgrade to 4.5

I guess you have lots of steps so maybe easier will be to move with fresh 4.5, have your content (database) converted directly to 4.5, and use some free/paid 4.5 design. Unless you have some heavy mods on your website, that's what I would do if in your shoes.
