Still waiting

So i purchased a copy of vivvo today and i am still waiting for the product. My email is aberta@it-networks.org and it took the money out of my account but i didnt get anything i am still waiting and its been a few hrs like (9) so i am still waiting for it i purchased it bc it said immediate download and i cant really wait i got a site that needs to go asap.

I could be wrong, as its been a while since I purchased. But I am pretty sure it isn't an instant download. Vivvo sales will send you link to download the package. I know their offices are open Monday through Friday... but sometimes over the weekend they respond. So I would say stay tuned...

Orders are processed slower on Sundays, and your download information has been sent.

On the other hand, it usually depends on payment gateway how much time (hours) is needed to "clear" the transaction, not us.
