Upgrading 4.1.5.1 build 3790 to 4.5

Hi, cureently we are running Vivvo 4.1.5.1 build 3790 and i have just renewed the licence to be able to update all the way to 4.5

It seems like i have to do all the upgrade steps:
4.1.5.1 build 3790 to 4.1.5.2
4.1.5.2 to 4.1.6
4.1.6 to 4.5

Is that correct? And if it is then is it possible to get the template changelogs for each step? I have made extensive changes to the templates over the years and can not afford to overwrite them.

You can skip 4.1.5.2 -> 4.1.5.2, and just do 4.1.5.1 -> 4.1.6

The rest is fine.

Can you tell me if there are any Changelog for the template files? I have lots of changes that i do not want to lose.
