Vivvo 4.5rc1 Author Name displays username

In Vivvo 4.5rc1 the author name on articles displays as the author's user name. This was fixed previously; for those who don't remember the fix (I didn't), here is the link (http://www.vivvo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=4864&highlight=author) to the discussion of what to do if you would prefer the username not be displayed.

However... it doesn't appear to work any more. Any ideas?
