Is there a problem with the PM system here?
Requested support twice yesterday with no reply.

Actually, private forum messages are not exactly the best and fastest way to request support :)

if you won't do it for him, will you do it for me? He is a client of mine and I convinced him to COME BACK to vivvo after giving up on it for other CMS. He simply forgot his account username and PMing was his only option at the time in which he thought would be a decent solution since I mentioned that you tend to take care of people no matter what form of communication they use. Don't blame him, blame me for suggesting that he catch you via PM as you always get back to ME quickly via PM.

Thanks but this still has not been resolved.
I own the license as you know I'm trying to spend money with you to upgrade the license.

two things Boccio.
Where is my post from yesterday. I KNOW you read it, so where is it and why have you not responded to it and why has this client been given the run around when he is trying to give you $$$ to come back to your product.
Not only are you pushing a client away, you are pushing a developer away.

^ Apologies to both of you, we're not pushing anyone away.

Your post has not been removed, it was unfortunately lost (http://www.vivvo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7582) during final rsync to new server. If you take a look, a few posts from Developer forum where we discussed 4.5 alpha also disappeared during last night.
We're working on restoring those manually from (now) old server. Once again, sorry there was no intention for this to happen. This also caused downtime of our CRM software (for over 10hrs now).
Thanks but this still has not been resolved.

I understand and it means a lot to have people back with us. Please take into consideration that you wanted to keep your old client area account and license, but as you said - you don't have access to that email anymore. The email address associated to account is your login, as you know. Our customer care manager just followed the standard procedure and asked you for scanned proof of your identity, like driving license or ID card. They are forbidden to change client area account emails without proof.
I truly hope you will appreciate our concern to security of our clients. In this case, (since you have Bobster on your side) I will see that this step is skipped and speed things up with this.
